Who was Barney Marshall?

Eric (Barney) Marshall was a Draftsman & Artist from Toowoomba Queensland.

After his time in the Navy in WWII he produced a series of patriotic envelopes
(Section One) that have been sent all over the world.

He began producing "NETA" personalised souvenir stationery from his shop in Brisbane (Section Two).
